Room to Share helps you get set up, but you decide who you speak with, meet and ultimately choose to share your home with.
Do you find or screen people for me?
No. You manage your advertisement and enquiries and decide what checks you'd like to carry out before choosing someone.
Room to Share helps you prepare for the arrangement rather than choosing or managing the person for you.
Who reviewed the Room to Share documents?
Room to Share works with the commercial lawyers at Bonafide Lawyers in Beaconsfield, Victoria, who have reviewed the documents and agreements used in the service.
Because Bonafide Lawyers acts for Room to Share, they can't also provide independent legal advice to Room to Share clients.
Do I need to organise a lawyer?
No. The Room to Share documents and agreements have already been lawyer-reviewed, so you don't need to commission the standard documents and legal review yourself.
If your individual circumstances require legal advice, you should speak with your own independent lawyer.
What if I need my own legal advice?
