Room to Share provides guidance, documents and practical support to help homeowners prepare a spare room for home sharing, including our Guided ($475) and Done For You ($695) packages as described on our website. The inclusions of each package may be updated from time to time; the current version on our website applies at the time of booking.

Bookings and payment

Calls and packages can be booked through our website. Paid packages are confirmed once payment is received. Specific inclusions, timelines and any additional costs will be discussed and agreed with you before work begins.

No guaranteed outcomes

While we help you prepare your room, advertising and agreements, we cannot guarantee any particular rental income, occupant outcome, or timeframe for finding a suitable person to share your home.

Limitation of liability
